Access to community-based Primary Care is a vital part of a healthy and sustainable community. Your financial support of the Westshore Primary Care Society could be a great values-aligned donation or sponsorship investment for you or your business/organization.

The Westshore Primary Care Society is currently raising funds to help transition existing clinics to a not-for-profit service model. Two clinics are confirmed at this time, with a third expected to begin the process shortly. These are private West Shore clinics looking at closing their doors because of retirements or other life changes of the physicians/owners of the practices, leaving more people in our community at risk of losing their Family Doctor unless a solution is found.

By starting with the transition of clinics which would otherwise be closing, we are stepping up to help stabilize Primary Care services for the people of the West Shore and simultaneously working to recruit fresh personnel to build further capacity and connect more community members with a Primary Care team.
